Alexis Heights units are individually owned condos, not an apartment complex. The office can not assist you with rent issues, landlord\tenant disputes, in-unit repairs, or other matters which aren't common-area issues. Residents are advised to contact their Unit Owner or Property Manager directly for all above issues. If you are the owner of the unit, and need to contact Nevada Community Management or the Board of Directors, please fill out the following contact form and someone from the office will contact you within 1 business day. If you are a resident and wish to receive water shut off notices, community info, news alerts, and more, complete the following with your name, unit number, and contact info and your email will be added and alerted when appropriate.
